Terms & Conditions

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms cover using this website, buying merchandise from it and booking coaching. Using the site means accepting them.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Louie Doherty. Contact: management@louiedoherty.com.

2. Using the site

You may browse, share and quote from this site freely. You may not scrape it at volume, republish the photography commercially without permission, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Photography on this site is the copyright of the photographers who shot it. Press and partners are welcome to use it with credit — ask and we will send full-resolution files and the correct credit line.

3. Merchandise

3.1 Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, or if a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund in full — we will not silently substitute or part-ship.

3.2 Prices and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout and is free on UK orders above the threshold shown on the merchandise page. Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, which is your responsibility and is not included.

UK delivery is normally two to four working days; international seven to fourteen. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3.3 Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. We extend that to 30 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Email us first and we will confirm the return address. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the item arriving back, to the original payment method.

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.

3.4 Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and nothing here reduces them.

4. Coaching and seminars

4.1 Booking

Submitting a booking request is a request, not a confirmed session. Sessions are confirmed by reply, and payment is arranged at that point. Nothing is charged when you submit the form.

4.2 Cancellation

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice are rescheduled or refunded in full. Inside 48 hours, the session is chargeable, because the time cannot be filled at that notice. If Louie has to cancel — injury, a fight booking, travel — you get a full refund or a rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.

4.3 Health, and the obvious

Muay Thai is a full contact sport. Training carries a genuine risk of injury, and you take part at your own risk. You must tell us before training about any injury, illness or condition that could be affected, and you should take medical advice if you are in any doubt. Coaching is not medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice.

Insurance is your responsibility. Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian to book and to be present.

5. Sponsorship

Nothing on the sponsorship page is a contractual offer. Partnerships are governed by a separate signed agreement.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
